New Leader Essentials
Designed for those new to a leadership role or who will be moving into a leadership role soon. This program includes core masterclasses and a choice of electives that cover all of the essential skills to help new leaders hit the ground running.
New Leader Essentials includes a DiSC® Management profile to help new managers engage and inspire their staff, and individual coaching to support new leaders in their role.

This masterclass is designed for leaders and their teams to participate together. We’ll start with DiSC Profiles for the whole team to understand what everyone’s work style and communication preferences are, then we’ll investigate the secrets of Higher Performing Teams and how we can incorporate these in making your team even more awesome.
