Meet Tania
Tania Tytherleigh is the founder and Chief Learning Officer at Corporate Learning Australia.
Tania has spent over 30 years in learning and development. She has spent time in vocational, higher education and corporate learning. Tania has worked with government and private organisations around Australia and globally to design and facilitate professional development programs that change lives and change organisations.
Tania is passionate about creating learning experiences that are unique and memorable, meaningful and relevant. She is well known for her highly interactive, creative and fun learning programs.
Tania is well known as a thought leader in the field of learning and development and speaks regularly at national and international conferences. Her speaking gigs have included:
- the American Association for Talent Development (ATD) International Conferences (2019 – Washington DC, 2020 – Virtual, 2022 – Orlando, 2023 – Virtual);

Speaking to people and sharing her knowledge and experience is something she loves to do.
Tania also loves to walk. She has walked many trails around the world including the Camino de Santiago – all 800km of it – in her search for enlightenment. One day she will get around to writing her book!
