If becoming a trusted advisor in your organisation is important, this is the masterclass for you! In this masterclass we:

  • Identify what trusting relationships with stakeholders look/sound/feel like.
  • Prioritise stakeholders according to the Power/Interest grid.
  • Learn how to demonstrate their trustworthiness through the Trust Equation and the Power/Interest grid.
  • Understand psychological safety and how to create it.
  • Explore how to build trust by demonstrating empathy and asking great questions.

Build the bridge – dealing and managing difficult personalities

Learn how to deal with difficult stakeholders effectively by:

Communicating Finance – Telling the story behind the numbers

A presentation skills course uniquely designed for Finance Business Partners and those in Finance Advisory roles who need to present to non-finance stakeholders.

In this 2 ½ day program participants will learn about:

  • Identifying the specific needs and concerns of non-finance stakeholders and how to tailor communication to them
  • Structuring financial presentations, creating compelling slidepacks and using plain language to convey complex ideas.
