One thing we’re passionate about here at Corporate Learning Australia is training and facilitation – and creating a world where learners love to come to our programs. Tania Tytherleigh, the Chief Learning Officer at CLA, regularly speaks at national and international conferences about mastering this craft and is known globally for her work in learner engagement.

We’ve created some awesome Train the Trainer programs to help those as passionate as us about teaching others, to develop and hone their skills.
Our trainer professional development programs
Master Trainer Certification Program
Our signature program… (we love this one the most, and so do our clients!). It’s a 5 full day Masterclass program, supported with individual coaching, delivered over 6 months and based on the five dimensions of training excellence:
- Learner Engagement
- Content Design
- Learning Design
- Delivery
- Learning Environment
Each dimension is delivered through a series of modules which dive deep into the skills and knowledge needed to be a Master Corporate Trainer. Both in-person and live-on-line learning is covered in this program.
There will be a series of assessments throughout the program to make sure we’re developing awesome training professionals. But they’ll be fun (we promise!).
The Certification program is specifically designed for corporate training teams and freelance corporate trainers, from new to more experienced trainers and facilitators.
Rockstar Trainer
Our next most loved trainer development program – Rockstar Trainer is a 2 day ‘everything you need to know about training but were afraid to ask’ extravaganza! Be prepared to:
- Learn about Learners – who they are, how they learn, what they need, want, and like in a learning program, and how you can get them excited about learning with you.
- Learn about Delivery – how to show up as the expert in the room and create memorable learning experiences to surprise and delight your audiences (and make even the most boring content interesting!).
You’ll get to present a short training session and get feedback on what you’re doing well, and where you could improve.
This program is designed for those already in training delivery roles.
We make sure to cover both in-person and live-on-line learning experiences.
